The NeuroSmart Safe and Regulated Classroom Framework is licensed to schools on a whole-school basis, ensuring all staff work from a shared, consistent, and defensible approach to behaviour, wellbeing, and regulation.
The framework is licensed, not sold, meaning schools are granted permission to use it internally while the intellectual property remains with the framework author.
Schools purchase an annual whole-school licence, which provides permission to use the framework across mainstream classrooms, special classes and SEN settings, and shared and unstructured spaces. The licence supports consistency across staff and settings, while allowing schools to adapt materials for their own internal use.
There are no per-teacher or per-class fees.
The licence is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
At the end of the licence period, schools may renew to continue using the framework, retain access to training materials, and receive any updates or revisions.
For most schools, the annual licence works out at less than €2 per student per year.
In return, schools gain:
| Licence Option | Who It's For | What's Included | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Whole-School Annual Licence | Single primary or post-primary school | Full framework manual, all templates, policy wording, Board briefing, video training access | €495 per school / per year |
| Multi-School / ETB Licence | ETBs, school clusters, networks | Same as above, licensed across multiple named schools | Priced on request |
| Additional Training (Optional) | Schools seeking extra support | Live or recorded training sessions | Optional add-on |
